Sometimes the best part of the holidays is the sales afterward. The Vivre winter sale offers many of their tempting and expensive baubles at shiny new prices. For example check out the belt shown at right. This crystal belt carries on the Geoffrey Beene of simple elegance. The contoured belt has dozens of handsewn crystal baguettes on a satin backing. It has a hook-and-eye closure and ties with a satin ribbon. It was once listed at $2,990 but is now $747.50.
