Now I’m not sure if Whitney is now living in New York City, or if she’s just spending a lot of time working there, but you can be sure that whichever coast she’s on, she’s always dressed well. I know Whitney may not play into the drama that the other girls do on The Hills, but she sure as heck dresses better, and that counts for a lot more in my book! Here she’s wearing a day LBD, her signature Prada bag and those delicious neon pink Chanel flats!
