Gucci Ride Textured Leather Tote
If you haven’t yet taken a look at the Gucci fall 2011 RTW collection, you need to do so, stat. This is easily one of the most lavish and engaging of designs I’ve seen in years – and that is saying something, considering it’s a fall (read: dark and dramatic) collection. This time, the label plays with color in the most creative ways. From eye-popping snake prints to blindingly radiant mini shoulder bags, there’s something for all in the mix – yep, even the color-shy folks. This Gucci Ride Textured Leather Tote wasn’t on the runway, but it does feel brazenly 1970s, just as the entire RTW collection does. The crisp silhouette is ultra classic, and the color – a sort of muted teal – is, in its own way, a “new neutral” of sorts.
