Word on the street is that Nicole Richie will launch a handbag line through her House of Harlow 1960 label come next spring. Until then, she’s happy toting her signature Balenciaga handbag, which looks super-adorable here paired with her black skirt, giant shades and red scarf. Can’t wait to see what Nicole whips up for own line, though!
